Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale Accounts are handled individually by telephone and fax to insure the best possible service for our customers. To both safeguard the integrity of products containing DHA and determine the lowest possible shipping costs it is often necessary to communicate directly with our customers. 
 
Both Florida and destination temperatures in the summer often dictate shipping choices, as well as special instructions, for products containing DHA.  For example, allowing DHA to be placed on a FedEx truck for delivery where it is 100 degrees is not permissible.  Those shipments must be picked up at a local FedEx or UPS location determined by the customer.  All summer shipments that contain DHA are delivered directly to the FedEx or UPS facility after 6PM to avoid heat exposure and interstate shipments are on a plane by 9-10PM. 
 
As many orders contain multiple products, some containing DHA and some not, the summer orders are  generally packed and shipped separately to obtain the best possible shipping rates for our customers. Often several shipping scenarios are priced out and the customer makes a choice. 
 
Our customers are busy people and it's been our experience that they far prefer a brief phone conversation (usually on their cell phones on their way to or from), fax or email, to the 15 or more minutes it would take them to run the different options and designations online. There are also times, in the Spring and Fall particularly, when actual weather predictions can come into consideration.  With our regular customers we often already know their preferences and that cuts their ordering time down to a 15 second phone call, unless of course, they want to chat!
